Tolga is the Director at DTM Global Consultancy, bringing over 24 years of experience in hotel and cruise operations including cruise and marina consultancy projects, in-depth analyses of cruise ports, international cruise line itineraries, and marina developments worldwide.

Notable achievements prior to joining DTM; coordinating dry dock services for Disney Cruise Line in Cádiz, Spain, as well as extensive operational experience with Royal Caribbean, where he held a variety of roles that enhanced his expertise in large-scale cruise operations.

Tolga holds a BSc in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bilkent University and a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality from the University of California, San Diego.

He is fluent in English, Turkish, Russian and has proficient knowledge of Spanish, and German.
